1 pkg hot & spicy breakfast sausage
1 diced green pepper
1 diced red pepper
1 diced onion
1 pkg hash browns, cubed
1 dozen eggs
1 pkg (16 oz.) shredded taco cheese

Brown meat, peppers and onions. Add potatoes and cook till potatoes are almost done.

Beat eggs and add to meat and potato mixture.

When eggs set, add 1/2 of the cheese. Mix through. Add additional cheese on top of mixture. Cover till cheese melts.
