First brown ground beef and drain, set aside, Add sausage to pan and brown, Do Not Drain. Add onions and saute 5 minutes to develop flavor.
Then add mushrooms and grate in garlic (turn heat to low so the garlic doesn't burn). Add back the ground beef at any point after garlic. As soon as the garlic goes in, add the parsley, parmesan, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Sautee to develop flavor about 2 min.
Then add diced tomatoes and juice. Finally add the vinegars, beef cubes, spaghetti sauce and butter. Simmer very low 2 to 3 hours. Serve with good buttery rigatoni and bread.
