4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 cups mashed bananas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. In seperate bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and bananas. Add banana mixture to the flour mixture just until moist.

Pour into loaf pan.

Bake 60 min. Cool 10 minutes then turn onto cooling rack.
