1 pound cake (16 oz.)
3 lb container ricotta cheese
1 cup powered sugar
1 small container whipping cream
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 bag mini chocolate chips

Cut pound cake into cubes and place in large bowl.

In an other large bowl combine ricotta, powdered sugar, and whipping cream. Beat until it starts to fluff. Add some instant pudding until thickened. Depending on water content of ricotta, you will use 1/2-1 whole box. Mix in mini chips.

Layer ricotta mix on top of pound cake.
