Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 large (softball size) Spanish onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 slices Kraft Deli Fresh Natural Provolone Cheese
Few shakes Kraft Parmesan Style Grated Topping

Cut both top and bottom of onion to make a flat surface. Cut one flat side in an X pattern, roughly 1/4" into the onion.

In the crosshairs (middle of that X) cut out a small enough section to place the bouillon cubes. Place butter on top of bouillon cubes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap onion in foil or place in an onion baker.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 until you see that the onion is tender. Open up foil and place Kraft Provolone Cheese then sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and either bake for another 5 minutes or broil until browned.
