2 cans (14.5 oz. each) beef broth
4 oz sliced mushrooms
4 Tbsp butter
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 lb cooked and crumbled hot sausage
3 oz diced pepperoni
8 oz cooked pasta (any shape)
Parmesan cheese

Mix first 7 ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 45 min. to 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.

Just before serving, add pasta to individual bowls and pour soup over the pasta.
