Mix together the whole wheat flour and enough water to form a stiff dough. Divide dough in half, and roll each half into round tortillas. Cook each tortilla lightly on a skillet over medium heat.
Next, crumple two 3-inch balls of aluminum foil, spray with cooking spray, and set on a baking sheet. Drape tortillas over the foil and let cook in a 425 degrees F oven for 8 minutes or until hard and crispy.
When the bowls are done, place two tablespoons of salsa in each bowl. Next, place 1 cup of the shredded lettuce, 6 slices of the deli turkey (you may want to cut the deli turkey into tiny strips first), 1 Tbsp. of the ranch dressing, and 1/4 tsp. of the chili seasoning powder in each bowl. Serve and enjoy!
