Leave the frozen dinner rolls on a lightly greased pan covered in saran wrap for 2 1/2 hours or until they are thawed.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Stretch one of the dinner rolls out and put the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni on top of it. Stretch out the second dinner roll and cover it to create a pizza pocket.
Put both pizza pockets in the oven for 15-25 minutes. Watch closely. Let cool, and then serve.
