1 lb ground chuck
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Oil
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 8 rings
4 slices (3/4 oz. each) mozzarella cheese
4 sandwich buns, split

In medium bowl, combine ground beef, parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Shape mixture into four patties.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat until hot. Add bell pepper rings. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp tender. Remove from skillet.

Place patties in same skillet. Reduce heat to medium and cook 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in the center. Top each patty with 2 bell pepper rings and 1 slice of the mozzarella cheese. Cover, cook 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve in buns.
