Melt butter in sauce pan. Add cayenne pepper. Mix well over medium heat.
Add grapes, heat through until grapes begin to turn a shade lighter. Add in blue cheese and mix through.
After cheese melts slightly remove from heat and transfer to serving bowl. Add pecans and scallions, mix well. Chill and serve.
