cup 1/4 to 1/2 lite sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp miron (rice wine)
4-8 drops dark sesame oil

Mix flour, cornstarch and garlic powder in bowl. Roll chicken bites in mixture-shake all excess flour off.
Fry until golden brown in canola or peanut oil-let drain on paper towel
Mix honey, soy sauce, miron, and sesame oil in small sauce pan. Heat mixture on medium for about 5-8 minute. Dip chicken into sauce transfer to a plate that has been lined with green leaf lettuce . After all have been dipped-pour remaining sauce over and sprinkle with sesame seeds----YUM YUM!!
