Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice celery thinly on the diagonal, coarsely dice the red and green bell pepper, Chop the scallions using the white and about half the green portions, cut the pasta into about 1/2 inch sections.
Place mozzarella pearls and all the rest of the ingredients into a large enough bowl.
Toss with the raspberry vinaigrette. You can serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
