2 large cans (32 oz. each) chicken or turkey broth
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
2 bag s (16 oz. each or homemade) dried bread crumbs

Dice onion and bacon into small pieces. In a large pot put bacon and cook for about 5 min on med-high. Then add onion and cook until bacon is nice and brown and onions are translucent about 8 to 10 min. Add broth and let simmer for about 45 min uncovered.
Add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for anther 5 min. Then let it cool for about 10 min. Add bread crumbs a little at a time until you get the consistency that you like.
Put in medium shallow baking dish. Cook for about 1/2 hour on 375 degrees F it should be nice and brown on top.
