Pound chicken breasts to flatten. Place a ham slice and cheese slice on each. Roll chicken into little bundles and secure with toothpick. Beat egg and set aside. Mix flour and paprika in a separate bowl. Coat chicken bundles in egg, then roll in flour mixture.
Heat butter on skillet on med high heat. Fry the chicken in the butter for 10 minutes or until browned. Bake in oven at 350 for about 20 more minutes.
Meanwhile, mix cream, wine, bouillon and cornstarch in bowl, then simmer for 10 minutes. Spoon over baked chicken bundles and serve.
