Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 cups fettuccini noodles
4 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup low fat milk
1 cup part skim ricotta cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
12 oz can chunk light tuna, drained and separated
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

In large saucepan, boil salted water, add noodles 7-10 minutes. Drain noodles, set aside.

Cook broccoli until tender. Remove broccoli set aside.

Cook milk with ricotta cheese and seasonings until well heated. Stirring frequently, until sauce is smooth and thick. Add tuna. Mix well.

Remove from heat and add broccoli and cheese mixture to noodles. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
