Preheat oven to 400°F. In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, bananas and buttermilk. Beat well. Add butter slowly while mixing. In smaller bowl sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Add to batter a little at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in walnuts.
Grease bundt pan thoroughly with butter and then coat with Turbinado. Pour batter evenly into pan and then sprinkle a little more Turbinado on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 15 min., then invert on plate and let cool until loose from pan.
