1 medium bag Craisins
1 medium bag chopped walnuts
12 oz (3/4 of 16 oz. tub) plain yogurt (you can use low fat)
3-4 tablespoons brown sugar

Let's Make It
Rinse bags of salad and place in a very large bowl. Core all apples, chop into bite size pieces, and add to the salad mix. Add bag of shredded carrots. Add bag of Craisins. Add chopped walnuts (leave just a little out to top the salad with walnuts).
Here is your dressing: Take yogurt and put in a small bowl. Add brown sugar stir well.
Pour the dressing over your salad and toss until the salad is well covered. Now sprinkle the walnuts that you have left over the salad.
