Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 lb diced cooked chicken breast
2 cans (10.5 oz. each) Campbell’s Cream of Chicken soup
16 oz Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream
1 cup Kraft Mayo
2 oz lemon juice
1 cup diced onions
2 lb Kraft Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, divided
4 cups cooked Minute Rice
16 oz frozen broccoli cuts

Preheat oven to 350°F. In 1st bowl: mix chicken, soup, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, onion, and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. In 2nd bowl: mix rice, frozen broccoli, and 1 cup of cheese.

In a large baking dish, press in rice mixture to cover bottom. Pour chicken mixture over and spread out to even thickness. Cover with remaining cheese. Cover baking dish with foil.

Bake 45 minutes, removing foil for last 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes to set up.
