1 1/2 cups brown sugar firmly packed
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
Dash salt
1 cup buttermilk
4 peaches, peeled and diced
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Cream margarine & brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg. Sift flour, baking soda, salt & alternate with buttermilk. Stir in diced peaches.

Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle sugar & cinnamon on top before serving.
