1 1/2-2 lb skirt steak, trimmed well
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 bottle Kraft Low Fat Italian Dressing

Make sure all the fat and silver skin is trimmed from the steaks.

In a shallow dish with a tight fit cover, mix the garlic with 1/2 bottle of dressing. Lay in the steaks and roll to coat, then stack them. Add more dressing before you close the lid. Let marinate, in the fridge overnight, until ready to use.

Heat grill very hot and grates. Grill steaks on high until crisp edges and browned. Turn and cook for 3-5 minutes more or until desired doneness. Enjoy....!!!!!!
