Prepare hot dogs, boiled or grilled will work. Slice each hot dog in half. Spread out hot dog on half bun.
Using small cookie cutter or new water bottle cap, cut 16 round circles in cheese stick slice. Using a toothpick or pretzel sticks add carrots and cheese together to make wheels. Assemble wheels on sides of hot dog buns. Place sliced hot dog on top. Spread out so that it will hold dashboard (tomato) and steering wheel (pickle slice). Attach tomato and pickle with toothpick.
Add racing stripes (or flames at the end) with ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise from squirt bottle. On top, add tomato wedges matched with pickle slices to make dashboard and steering wheels. Add racing stripes with ketchup and mustard.
