In a bowl, mash bananas in to an applesauce consistency. In a separate bowl, mix together sugars, baking soda, baking powder, salt & cinnamon. Add bananas and mix them in to the sugar mixture completely. Next, add vanilla, milk, oil and eggs. Mix completely. Gradually add flour and mix thoroughly.
Pour in to a nonstick or greased baking pan.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in to the middle comes out clean.
