In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs & oil. Press 2/3 of the mixture into a greased 13 x 9 pan, set aside.
In a microwavable bowl, combine the milk, chocolate chips & butter. Microwave 45 seconds. Stir & microwave until chips are melted. Pour over cake mixture. Drop the remaining dough over the filling.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350°F or until lightly browned. Cool before cutting.
