1 stick margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
12 slices Texas Toast or thick sliced French bread
5 eggs
1-1/2 cup milk

Melt stick of margarine in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over butter. Place slices of bread to fit pan.

Mix remaining ingredients, pour over bread. Cover and put in fridge overnight.

Bake uncovered in morning at 350°F for 25-30 min.
