1 lb ziti, boil al dente, drain
1 lb lean ground beef, fry, drain
3 cups marinara sauce
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 tsp minced garlic
1-1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese

Pour mixture in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cheese over the top.

Bake covered for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 10 minutes more.
