3 +/- eggs
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) chicken broth
2 soup cans water
2 Tbsp cornstarch with water
Soy sauce (to taste)

Scramble eggs in a small bowl.

Turn stove on high. Pour the chicken broth into a saucepan, then refill the cans with water & mix. Allow soup & water to come ALMOST to a boil.

Slowly pour in the eggs, stir while doing so. Then add in cornstarch. Then it's done. You can turn off the stove, let it sit for about 2 minutes, and serve.
