Mash hot potatoes. Add cream cheese and butter. Beat well. Add sour cream, milk, eggs and onion. Add salt and pepper. Beat until light and fluffy.
Place in a greased large casserole and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 min or until lightly browned on top.
