Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb bag fresh carrots
2 1/2 cups water
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 pint of heavy whipping cream

Let's Make It

Wash carrots, peel and cut them into slices. In a pot, boil the 2 1/2 cups of water with the vegetable bouillon cubes until they are dissolved.

Add the carrots and onion and cook until the carrots are tender, approx. 20 min.

Add the white pepper, sugar and whipping cream and let cook for an additional 5 min.
