Tuna Egg Omelet

Original recipe yields 1 serving
8 eggs
1 white onion, diced
2 cans tuna
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup milk

Use a big bowl. Scramble eggs, then mix onions in to bowl. Open tuna cans and drain oil.

Heat a frying pan with oil. Pour tuna in bowl and mix with all ingredients.

Using a spoon, scoop mix from the bowl into pan making 6 different omelets. You should cook six egg patties at one time. When patties brown, flip to cook other side. Cook it to your desire.
