Pam's Mexican Bean Dip

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb hamburger meat
1 can refried beans
1 large jar medium salsa, divided
1 bag 4 cheese Mexican cheese
16 oz sour cream
Grated cheese
1 large bag Frito scoops

Brown hamburger meat and drain off grease. Add can of refried beans into frying pan and 1 cup of salsa. Stir until completely mixed together and heated completely.

Put meat mixture in a heatproof serving dish. Top with the rest of the salsa. Add 4 cheese Mexican cheese to top of dish. Put dish in oven under broiler just until cheese melts. Watch closely.

When recipe has cooled down some, cover with sour cream and decorate by sprinkling grated cheese on top and a spoonfull of salsa in middle of dish. Serve with Frito scoops.
