Debby's Meatloaf

Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 lb lean ground meat
2 eggs
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 cup crushed saltine crackers
1/2 cup chopped or minced onion
Salt
Pepper
1 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Mix together the first 7 ingredients and form and pat into a mold.

Place in a baking pan preferably one in which the grease can drain off as it cooks. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about an hour. Remove foil, pour off excess grease, and cover meatloaf with topping. Return to oven uncovered. Broil for about 3-5 min until topping is bubbly.
