1 whole panettone bread, cubed
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
2 1/2 cups whole milk
8 beaten eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup raisins

Grease large 11 x 14 dish and put bread cubes in dish.

Mix all other ingredients and pour over bread. Let set for 30 minutes for bread to absorb liquid.

Bake 350°F at least 30 minutes, possibly 20 minutes more. Remove from oven when knife comes out clean.
