Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg (12-once) butterscotch flavored chips
1/3 cup margarine or butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 pkg (8-once) light Philadelphia Cheese Cream
1 can (14-once) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F (320°F for glass dish). In medium saucepan, melt chips and margarine; stir in crumbs and walnuts. Press half the mixture firmly on bottom of greased 13x9 inch baking pan.

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then egg and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan; top evenly with remaining crumbs mixture.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cook. Chill thoroughly. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
