Mix together chicken, soups, salsa, 1/2 cup cheese and onion.
Tear tortillas in strips, placing 4 torn tortillas in bottom of crock-pot. Put half chicken mixture on top, 4 more tortillas, rest of chicken mixture, and last 4 tortillas.
Cook 4-5 hours on low. Last 20 minutes, put rest of cheese on top of tortillas. Serve with sour cream.
