1-2 large zucchini
2 slicing tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh or frozen white corn
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Slice zucchini put into a 2 qt casserole dish. Layer with thick sliced fresh tomatoes and fresh corn.

Mix panko crumbs and parmesan cheese together and sprinkle on top of vegetables.

Bake about 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees F or till veggies are tender.
