Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef seasoning with garlic salt and basil. Drain meat and add tomato soup.
Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed. Combine the macaroni and cheese and meat mixture in casserole dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cover the top with the shredded cheese.
Bake for about 15 minutes in oven or until cheese is melted.
