1 pkg (8 oz.) Italian style shredded cheese

Let's Make It
Saute onions in a skillet with EVOO until soft and translucent. Add garlic and saute for another minute. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Drain grease from pan if necessary.
Add seasonings. Taste and adjust as necessary. Mix in tomatoes and corn. Add cooked macaroni and spaghetti sauce; stir well.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Serve with shredded cheese sprinkled on top.
