Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 Tbsp canola oil
1 in ch ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup green peas
/2 cup French beans, cut in strips
1/2 cup carrot, cut in strips
1 cup mushrooms, cut in slices
1 tsp paprika
1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
1/2 cup water to cook vegetables
Salt as per taste
1 can coconut milk
1 tsp garam masala
1 bunch cilantro, washed and chopped

Heat oil in wok. Add grated ginger and garlic. Saute for 30 sec. Then add turmeric, cauliflower, peas, French beans, carrots, mushrooms and saute. Now add paprika powder. Saute for min. Add peppers and saute for a min. Add water and let the veggies cook.

After the veggies are cooked, add salt, coconut milk and gram masala and mix well. You can add cilantro leaves and let it simmer for 1 min. Remove from heat.

Serve with plain basmati rice or naan bread.
