Heat oil in wok. Add grated ginger and garlic. Saute for 30 sec. Then add turmeric, cauliflower, peas, French beans, carrots, mushrooms and saute. Now add paprika powder. Saute for min. Add peppers and saute for a min. Add water and let the veggies cook.
After the veggies are cooked, add salt, coconut milk and gram masala and mix well. You can add cilantro leaves and let it simmer for 1 min. Remove from heat.
