Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 large can (29 oz.) peaches in heavy syrup or can (used ones in water but not as good)
1 pkg Jell-O Sugar Free Peach Flavor Pudding Mix
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 cups water

Spray bottom & sides of your glass baking dish. Pour your large can of peaches in the bottom (juice and all).

On top of that, spread a box of dry Jell-O over that. Then sprinkle a box of dry cake mix over top of that. Slice a stick of margarine over the entire dry cake mix. Pour the 1 & 1/2 cups of water gently over the cake mix.

Put in 350°F oven and bake for approximately 1 hour. Check it and if it is still not done in the middle, let cook a little longer depending on hot your oven gets (mine usually takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes). Sometimes, at an hour, when I check mine, some of the cake mix has not gotten moistened & I will take a spoon & push it on down in the liquid so that it will cook more.
