2 Tbsp flour
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 cups (10 oz.) diced ham
9 in ch unbaked pie shell
1 1/4 cups low fat milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine cheese and flour. Layer half broccoli, ham and cheese in pie shell. Repeat layers.

Combine milk, eggs and seasoning. Pour over filling.
