1 cup buttermilk
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1 bag (12 oz.) frozen stuffed cheese ravioli, thawed
Vegetable oil for frying
1 jar marinara sauce

Pour buttermilk in a dish and the bread crumbs in another. Then take the ravioli and dip them in the buttermilk letting excess come off. Then cover each ravioli with bread crumbs. Set them aside for 10 minutes so the bread crumbs adhere to the ravioli.

Meanwhile, heat oil up to 325 degrees F in a deep pan. Then add raviolis in the pan without over crowding your pan so your temperature in the pan does not come down. Fry each for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside in a cooling rack.

Take the marinara sauce, warm it and then serve along side your warm raviolis.
