1 can black beans, rinsed
1 medium tomato, chopped
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup fresh corn kernels
Guacamole, for topping
Sour cream, for topping

1. Slice peppers into thick strips and place on a cooking sheet.
