3 eggs
3 1/2 cups Cool Whip
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1.5 apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup light or dark corn syrup, divided
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp butter, softened

Grease 9x9x2-inch pan. In large bowl, beat eggs with fork. Gently fold in Cool Whip, graham crumbs, apples, 1/4 cup of the corn syrup, cinnamon, & nutmeg. Spread evenly in pan.

Mix remaining corn syrup, walnuts, and butter. Spoon evenly over batter.

Bake at 350°F for 45 min or until cake springs back when touched. Cool in pan.
