1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
2 Tbsp all pumpkin spice
2/3 cup sugar
2 pkg (3.9 oz. each) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding Mix
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip Topping, thawed, divided
2 (6 oz. each) Honey Maid Pie Crust

Let's Make It

Mix pumpkin, spice, sugar, and pudding mixture together in a large bowl. Then fold half of the Cool Whip Topping into the mixture.

Then take mixture and put in the pie crusts. Spoon the remaining Cool Whip Topping on top of the pumpkin mixture.

Refrigerate about 4 hrs.
