1 cup (200gm) all purpose flour
1 medium onion
1 small green chili
Salt
Baking soda
1 Tablespoon oil
1/2 cup water
Oil for deep fry
Kraft Ranch Dressing for dipping

Take the all purpose flour in a glass bowl. Chop onion, green chilies and mix it in the flour. Add salt, baking soda, and oil. Mix with water till no clusters of flour remains. Put it on side for 10 min.

Meanwhile heat the oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot enough, spoon the mix in oil for deep frying. When they turn golden take it out.

Serve hot with Kraft Ranch Dressing for dipping.
