1. Fry your bacon and reserve your drippings, set aside. You can also start marinating your chicken in the Italian dressing. Roughly chop onion and green pepper. Mince garlic. Chop potatoes into 1/4-inch pieces.
2. In the same skillet you fried your bacon in, put your potatoes, onion, green pepper, garlic, salt & pepper with about 1 Tbsp. of your bacon drippings. Let your potatoes cook, stirring regularly, until soft.
3. Grill your chicken breast. Top with 1-2 pieces of bacon. Then top with your potatoes. Put a slice of Swiss cheese on top. Put under a broiler until the cheese is nice and melted. Bon Appetite.
