1 lb ground beef
1 Taco Bell Original Taco Seasoning
2/3 cups water
2 pkg shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 large mild or medium jar salsa
1 large tub of sour cream

Cook the beef and then drain. Add the taco seasoning and the 2/3 cup of water. Cook till the mixture is caramelized.

Remove from heat and let it set about 2 to 3 min.

In a large party bowl, layer half of the beef mixture, then 1 pkg. of cheese on top, the other half of meat mixture, the salsa, the sour cream and then the other pkg. of cheese on top.
