1. Brown meat in pan. Cook rice mix according to the box directions. Cut the top off of the peppers and clean out the seeds on the inside. Once all the rice and meat is cooked, mix 1 cup of spaghetti sauce in with the meat, then add the meat to the rice mix.
2. Pour about 1/2 a cup of spaghetti sauce in the bread pan and preheat your oven to 450°F. Spoon mix into each pepper making sure you pack it down tightly in the grooves, and then place each pepper in the bread pan. Pack the remainder of the mix on top of the peppers and in the pan around the peppers. Using the rest of the sauce pour over the peppers and on top of the rice/meat mix in the pan.
3. Place in the oven for 25 min. Remove the pan and add cheese to the top of each pepper then place back in the oven until it is melted.
