Heat up a pan at medium temperature with olive oil for 2 minutes. Then add the chopped onions and Kraft Italian dressing. Cook for 2 minutes. Wait 1 minute than add the shrimp and cook till shrimp starts getting a little pink. Then add the tomato, cilantro and corn and cook till shrimp is pink and cooked. Then pour it in a bowl and cover.
In another pan roast the jalapenos by turning them often. Once they are roasted put them in a plastic bag and close it so they steam for 15 minutes. Then peel the yellow jalapenos & clean the seeds out.
Stuff the jalapenos with the shrimp and put them in a square oven container.
Cover and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream on top and with white rice on the side and ENJOY!!!
