Season chicken on all sides with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour boiling water over cranberries and let sit 5 minutes. Add dressing to berries.
Cook chicken in non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Turn chicken over, pour cranberry mixture over chicken, reduce heat to low, cover and cook 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Turn chicken again in sauce, remove from heat and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
